A: Family & Friends CPR provides basic CPR training in a dynamic group environment using the research-proven practice-while-watching method. 

A: Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is probably best for you. Upon completion, you receive a course completion card. Check in with your employer to make sure you're selecting the right course.

A: First responders or professional rescuers generally include fire, police, and emergency medical personnel. These types of prehospital professionals usually need to complete a Basic Life Support (BLS) course. Check with your employer or licensing authority and learn more about our BLS course

A: Yes! Just give us a call to set up a remote class for your desired course and we'll come to your office or home to teach.

A: We offer courses originally in English, but we offer Spanish teaching as well. Make sure to notify us by phone, sms, or email that you wish to be taught in Spanish for your class.

A: To renew your expired or soon-expiring course completion card you have to retake the course you received the completion card from. Course completion cards are only valid for 2 years before they have to be renewed again. 

A: Our CPR and first aid courses involve hands-on practice sessions, so wear something comfortable. If you have long hair, it is best to wear it back.
